Having trouble?

Flux Passkey has no account, server, cloud vault, or recovery team. We cannot see, reset, move, or recover a passkey.

What you need

Flux Passkey requires a supported physical iPhone running iOS 26 or later, a device passcode, and enrolled Face ID or Touch ID.

Enable Flux Passkey

  1. Open Flux Passkey and tap Set Up Flux Passkey or Open AutoFill Settings.
  2. In AutoFill & Passwords, enable Flux Passkey as an AutoFill provider.
  3. Return to Flux Passkey and confirm that it says Ready to use.

Create or use a passkey

When a website or app asks you to create or use a passkey, choose Flux Passkey and approve with Face ID or Touch ID.

If a passkey is not appearing

  1. Make sure Flux Passkey is enabled in Settings → General → AutoFill & Passwords.
  2. Open Flux Passkey and confirm it says Ready to use.
  3. Open More → Advanced → Repair AutoFill Index, then try again.
  4. Confirm you are signing in to the same website or app that created the passkey.

If you cannot access an account

Use another sign-in or recovery method offered by that website or app. Only the account provider can restore access to its account.

No passkey recovery

Passkeys cannot be recovered if your iPhone is lost or erased, or Flux Passkey is deleted. Keep another way to access every account.
